- Currently we are looking for ORACLE FUSION FINANCIALS MANAGER with 10-12 yrs in Oracle eBusiness Suite/Cloud ERP and having 3 full life cycle implementations with at least two of the implementations on Fusion Financials Bangalore location.
Primary Skill Set :
- Understand business requirements from clients/stakeholders and translate them into solution that may be offered using Oracle technologies
- Create high quality presentations and proposals in a manner that subscribes to the requirements
- Have business development, delivery management and performance related interactions with clients/stakeholders
- Work towards growth of business and enhancement of delivery standards of the practice
- Work with internal functions on matters related to and incumbent to successful operation of the practice
- Manage and monitor projects from initiation through delivery and closure
- Manage resources and provide them the leadership to perform and attain growth in the organization
- Provide necessary guidance to resources on technical and techno-functional matters related to Oracle technologies
- Actively worked on POC, Quality, bids and business development including presales
- Review deliverables of resources working under him/her and ensure quality of output
- Work on internal initiatives like quality certification, artefact management, knowledge management etc
- Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
Minimum Experience : 10 yrs to 12 yrs
Job location : Bangalore/ Gurgaon
Educational Details : CA/CWA/MBA-Finance
Experience :
- 10+ years of relevant experience working on Oracle eBusiness Suite/Cloud ERP
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Cloud engagements/presales.
- At least 4+ years if experience in a managerial role - managing people and delivery of large projects
- Should have worked in at least 3 full life cycle implementations with at least two of the implementations on Fusion Financials
- Should have played solution architect roles.
- Experience in Oracle functional financial areas
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
Competencies / Skills :
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
- Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to follow well defined release management processes
- Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities
- Must have valid passport.
- Client site work / Business Traveling involved
