About the job
The Sales Coach designs, implements, delivers and reviews coaching plans at an individual and team level for an inbound and outbound sales team. The role functions as an internal sales expert and collaborates with the frontline sales teams to enhance performance. The Sales Coach delivers one-to-one coaching and group training on best practice techniques on a regular basis. Additionally, the role oversees compliance to regulatory requirements both externally and internally.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• A degree with subsequent relevant experience; extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment and/or services sales with a proven ability to meet sales targets
• Experience of training/mentoring a range of sales staff
