We are looking for a true Rockstar! Someone with exceptional customer service, great wine knowledge and of course management experience.

Our amazing Head Chef is a 5 year veteran of the iconic Rockpool Bar & Grill along with a team of industry professionals from some of Melbourne's most well known and awarded restaurants.
We are looking for a talented and highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our remarkable team.
The successful applicant will have:
- Extensive knowledge of Premium Australian and International wines, preferably with WSET2 or higher
- 3+ years in a similar role at a reputable venue
- The ability and proven experience to manage a team including recruitment and staff development
- A tremendous eye for detail including cleanliness and presentaion
- A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
- Exceptional communication skills with staff and upper management
- Excellent understanding of POS systems preferably ImPos
Key Responsibilities:
- Rostering and recruitment
- Working within preset staffing costs and COGS
- Daily accounting and till settlement
- Stock ordering and invoice management as well as liasing with suppliers
- Setting and maintaining exceptional standards in customer service
- Staff management and training
- Over seeing all day to day restaurant operations
