Your new role
As an experienced Business Analyst you will work on a brand new project and will be initially tasked with gathering, analysing and documenting current business processes. Working closely with the Project Manger across a major digital transformation program you will actively pursue and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice and assistance on business information needs and ensure value is returned on the information assets through their appropriate use. You will conduct workshops, focus groups, deliver presentations and conduct training sessions with stakeholders and users ensuring business requirements and quality standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience working on major digital transformation projects and be a specialist in Agile frameworks and delivery. You will be able to elicit and interpret complex business requirements into written specifications and working closely with technical teams to deliver project outcomes against critical deadlines. With a consultative and collaborative approach you will possess excellent communication skills with experience in successfully collaborating with and educating stakeholders and have the ability to cultivate and maintain strong working partnerships.
