- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Compute & Monitor Withholding ( Income Tax & Sales Tax )
- E-Filling
- Update account receivable and issue Invoices of Services Sales Tax SRB & PRA
- PSID at E-FBR Portal & Monthly Income Tax Return u/s 165
- Parties Tax Deduction Certificate/ Salary Certifications
- Bank Reconciliations
- Review on purchase order files, checks on basis past dues invoices on weekly Basis.
- Review & Approve cheques before submission to business partners for signature.
- Works with the vendors & suppliers to resolve discrepancies and confirm payment of outstanding invoices.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
