Description
Key responsibilities for the successful Senior Credit Controller
- Conduct general Credit Control functions
- Chase debt via email and phone
- Work alongside a team of 4 Credit Controllers
- Answer any questions from the team
- Teach new skills and help grow the teams knowledge
- Take control of tasks and daily goals
- Show leadership skills
- Report to Directors and senior members of staff
Profile
The successful Senior Credit Controller will have:
- Previous exposure in a Senior/management role
- Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of Credit Control functions
- Work ethic
- Team player attitude
- Ability to perform to deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of work flow
