Client Details

Our client are based in the City of London and are specifically looking for a candidate with purchase to pay experience/ 3 way matching experience.

They are running a project for a minimum of 3 months and need someone who can hit the ground running.

The role will be Accountancy based so candidates need to have a background as an accounts payable clerk.

Description

This role, Purchase to Pay Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary), involves

  • Working very closely with the Purchasing team
  • Visibility over the entire life-cycle of a transaction - start to finish processing
  • Matching invoices to goods received notes and to purchase order numbers
  • 3 way matching
  • Processing invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

Temporary role starting next week based in the City of London.

Experience of 3 way matching is needed.

Profile

The candidate we are looking for must have Purchase to Pay/ 3 way matching experience.

Candidates need to have experience of this as the project is a Purchase - To - Pay project.

The successful candidate must be immediately available and happy to commit to a temporary role.
