Interiors Retail Sales Consultants - Blackrock

As our retail business is experiencing continued strong growth & with the opening of a new store we are searching for full time Interior Retail Sales Consultants (x4) to join our team in our current store & in our fabulous new store “Rock Hill”, overlooking Dublin Bay which is opening soon. This is a very exciting time to join our company The Role: The successful applicants will promote and sell our standard & bespoke range of handmade upholstered furniture & extensive range of fabrics You will work with our clients on briefs, maintaining our high standard of customer service and product knowledge Candidates must have a real passion for Interior design with a hunger and drive to learn the sales side of the business. The ideal candidate will be confident ,enthusiastic & ambitious, with strong Interior design skills & looking to build a career within the luxury interiors industry. If you're enthusiastic and have a passion for delivering high quality service then this will be the ideal opportunity for you to join our team.   Key Skills Required: A minimum of 2 years retail experience A proven sales track record within the luxury market Be capable of working on your own initiative  & as part of an expanding team Knowledge and appreciation of furniture design , trends and styles Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Energetic and sales driven Passion and enthusiasm for interior design Be highly motivated, hard working and a team player Excellent attention to detail. Accountabilities: Work with customers from concept to delivery, and manage all stages of the process Be responsible for the sale of our interior brand portfolio, ensuring our customers' needs are achieved Source items from our collections to meet customers style ,taste and budget Continuously update product knowledge to enable you to provide high quality customer service at all times General admin duties including input onto CRM system To create quotations, invoices and delivery notes for all enquiries and sales. The role involves working with a team of dedicated and focused individuals with a passion for interiors & customer service.
