The role:

Our client is a high-end Commercial building company who ensures clients and customers receive the best experience in construction. They provide expertise that exceeds excellence and ensures that their clients are treated with respect and care.

They are seeking an experience Personal Assistant to work alongside their General Manager. You will be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment and be someone who is more than capable to multi-task. The ability to meet deadlines, manage both yours and others time will be imperative and strong communication both written and verbal. Initially this role will require personal assistance, diary management, general administration, event management, systems management, compliance management, tender submissions and research.
Needed:
  • Vast attention to detail
  • Establish and maintain administrative files and records, including computer files and archiving construction files
  • Experience in the construction industry is ideal
  • Ability to provide a high standard of administrative services including the use of office equipment, keyboard skills, word-processing and relevant software packages
  • Code of Compliance administration
  • Manage products, clients and quotes
  • Bubbly and bright personality
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high degree of flexibility and initiative
  • Ability to multi-task; scheduling, emailing, handling the phones
  • Experienced and proactive individual with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually
  • Office management experience would be useful
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
