Social Media Content Creator and Manager

Hey there Social Media legend,
Word on the street is you're a superstar at creating content for brands, right?
Social is your jam and you know more about the daily movements of influencer's lives than your own friends?

We want you to help us Feed The Content Beast. We're a boutique creative, production and social agency with an awesome office/studio in Abbotsford.
Our Content Creator and Manager role is up for grabs and this is what you'd be doing:


Creating content with our team and clients. This would involve shooting and editing photography and potentially video
Creating strategy, concepts and timelines for our clients' ongoing content across social media, EDMs, websites and digital ads
Working with models, photographers, bloggers, hair and makeup artists and all other collaborators to generate content
Copywriting social media captions, EDM's, and website content
Creating influencer strategies, reaching out and engaging influencers for our clients
Presenting and pitching to clients for both new business and new projects
Creating and managing ads for both social media and web remarketing
Scheduling social media content and managing the accounts of our clients including community engagement
Reporting and analyzing results so our clients can see how good we are


Our clients are a mix of anything from fashion and hair to hospitality and fitness and we want someone who is excited about working across all types of business' and industries.

Some boxes to tick:


ATTENTION TO DETAIL (yep we went all caps on this if you catch our drift)
Have an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape
Adobe Creative Suite skills, namely Photoshop, Lightroom etc
Photography experience, especially shooting models and product
Graphic design abilities
High end copywriting skills
Experience with social media schedulers and relevant programs/apps
Know your way around Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager etc
Mailchimp or other email marketing skills
Know your influencers and the industry back to front
Have a great aesthetic eye and be an out of the box thinker when it comes to content
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure

Most importantly we want someone with an awesome attitude who is a crazy hard worker, passionate about pleasing their team and clients and someone who can develop great relationships with co-workers, influencers, freelancers and of course our clients.
You'll also need to be really nice, because mean people suck.
