To support our success we are currently seeking a Solutions Representative to join the Advice, Marketing & Growth division in our Brisbane office.As a Solutions Representative you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-channel queries related to Sunsuper's clearing house and Employer Online. You will be expected to support employers, internal staff and distribution partners through the delivery of outstanding service and a strong technical understanding of Sunsuper's digital products. You will need to regularly identify issues for immediate escalation and provide proactive assessment of your customer's current and future needs.To ensure success, you will possess: Minimum of three years superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment. Minimum of three years' experience in online / customer support (or equivalent) discipline and a sound knowledge of web based products. Demonstrated client relationship management skills, inclusive of an ability to influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature. Solid analytical skills, including an ability to analyse and identify technical issues. Advanced communication skills in both written and verbal formats.This role is available as an initial 12 month fixed term opportunity.
