Tool Hire Sales Advisor – Leeds – Jewson Builders Merchants
We have a brand new opportunity for an individual to join our Sales Centre in Leeds.
The Tool Hire Customer Sales Centre Operatives support sales growth within the specialism nationally through close collaboration with the wider branch network to develop existing customer accounts, as well as targeting and securing new business opportunities.
What will I be doing in the role? -Sales Lead Management. You will support the Tool Hire Sales Centre Advisor with effective management of Tool Hire web orders. -You will work with the wider Tool Hire network, branch network and suppliers to ensure all relevant information is shared to ensure leads are followed up on and secured business is shared. -You will work collaboratively with to resolve any arising issues and be innovative in developing to continually develop our Tool Hire proposition. -You will work pro-actively with the Tool Hire network and suppliers to ensure all collections are managed and processed effectively in a timely manner, enabling stock levels are maintained as required. -A great part of this is that you will support the development of your colleagues through informal learning opportunities. You will share best practice and enhance the customer experience through sharing your Tool Hire knowledge with your peers.

What do we look for in a Tool Hire Sales Centre Advisor? -If you have experience of working with or have a passion for DIY then your passion will shine through in this role -You will have experience of Customer Relationship Management and a proven ability in sales over the phone -If you know what great customer service looks and feels like from a sales perspective then you too will be able to provide this service to our customers -You will be a team player -You will have great organisational and time management skills -We are looking for a confident and effective communicator -You will be energetic and
