Description

Our client, a professional accountancy firm based near Dover is looking to recruit a Client Manager for their growing business. A varied role with its own unique challenges, this will suit a forward thinking accountant who has excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate themselves when speaking to both colleagues and clients.

You will take responsibility for managing client work and projects and delivering a high quality service, across accounts, tax and bookkeeping. This will include coaching, advising and supporting wider team members and overseeing a team. The portfolio will be varied and cover accounts, tax, bookkeeping and other general accounting services.

You will build client relationships and have a key managerial role, identifying and advising on opportunities for planning and advisory work and look to work with clients in delivering solutions. You will look to grow your client base further and develop your portfolio and play a role in the direction and strategy of the firm, as a key managerial/senior managerial addition, to this growing firm, with the associated progression possibilities on offer, for the right career focused professional

Profile

ACA or ACCA qualified and seeking an employment role as a qualified accountant or qualified by experience.

Experience in small or medium sized firm.

Dealing directly with clients and building ongoing client relationships

Excellent communicator as client liaison is essential

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

IT literate

Ability to write correspondence at a high professional level

Ambitious, dynamic and have real passion to develop their technical skills.
