Principal Accountabilities :    To answer the front desk telephone and to deal with guest queries To assist all the guests with their needs To be always professional To use your own initiative  To use the reservations systems effectively and accurately record all data required by the hotel To be able to convert enquiries to sales  To work as part of the team, ensuring all guests are checked in and out in a friendly and efficent manner To manage all back up documentation as requested by the Front Office Manager To communicate well with all other members of team mambers of the hotel and to pass important information to the management  To do end of shift cashing To complete all daily duties as required by the Front Office Manager To always present yourself in a professional and smart way To have excellent grooming standard Key Qualities Required for the Role Good knowledge of IT and telephones Experience in hotel or travel reservation is essential Self Motivated, Innovative and Professional Excellent Guest Care skills    Apply now for immediate consideration.
