FP & A Analyst

Company Overview: Our Client a leading supplier of energy, is looking for an FP & A Analyst, offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Job summary and purpose: Working actively in the preparation of annual budget process for sales volumes, P&L and BS accounts Preparing supportive charts and analyses for budget figures Working actively in the preparation of forecasts Inputting the budget and estimate figures into the system Analyse current and past trends in key performance Comparing actual results with budget and historic figures and analysing causes of unexpected variances. Design and build the weekly and monthly management information reports Develop an automated customer profitability model. Provide ad-hoc financial and non-financial information for the business unit Prepare presentations to the Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors on various topics. Assisting Head of Financial Planning & Controlling in the strategic plan process. Ideal candidate profile: A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education. Minimum two years' experience in the finance/business controlling department of a multinational company or in an audit/consultancy company. Experience in forecasting and budgeting of P&L and BS accounts. Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience in Qlikview, Navision and/or SAP is an advantage. Ability to meet and establish deadlines. Ability to take broad business perspective (ability to see the big picture).
