Capital Markets have partnered with a leading global professional services firm to assist in the growth of their domestic tax practice. We are currently seeking applications from suitable candidates to join their Non-FS Corporate Tax team at Senior Manager grade in Cork. Ideal Experience: AITI/CTA qualified with 4-6 years' relevant Corporate Tax experience Candidates  MUST  possess native tax experience and knowledge. If you do not have Irish Tax experience, you will unfortunately not be eligible. This role will involve working closely with the tax partners and management team in the delivery of practical and innovative solutions to clients. Working as part of a team, your primary responsibilities will include Advising domestic and multinational employers on all Irish tax matters including corporate restructurings & reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions etc. Being involved in preparing the more complex aspects of tax returns, maintaining client relationships by being client facing and generally the main client contact. Assisting multi-jurisdictional clients with global co-ordination of tax compliance and planning. Identifying planning opportunities and assisting with presentation to the client. Involvement in tax planning including group Working with Senior Executives on technical assignments for new and existing clients. Assisting clients with tax health checks and revenue interactions and negotiations. Assisting inward investment organisations setting up in Ireland in relation to all corporate tax matters. Managing and leading a team in the provision of all services to clients. Active involvement and lead in business development and networking activities. Practice management including billing, budgeting and monitoring WIP. Requirements for interested candidates: AITI qualified with 4-6 years' relevant Non-FS Corporate Tax experience. Practice background (Big 4/Top 10) would be favourable. Excellent technical, interpersonal and client relationship skills are required. Self-motivated with a determination to drive and succeed. Track record in building client relationships and business development activities. Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion, make decisions and handle challenges. Demonstration and ability to lead a team of people to deliver a quality service to clients.
