Head of FP&A

As Head of FP&A, you will partner the CFO and take ownership of the FP&A team, leading them to maximise value and performance through detailed analysis and challenge.

My client is an established Financial Services business based in Nottingham. The business provide a niche service to consumers across the UK and Ireland and have a turnover of c£40m. They offer a very family orientated culture that truly appreciate the value of every employee.

Description

As Head of FP&A , your key duties will involve:

• Take ownership of the FP&A team, leading them to maximise value and performance through detailed analysis and challenge
• Lead the commercial forecasting and budgeting process, taking ownership of all gross margin and product analysis
• Provide strategic support and work alongside the CFO on managing and leading several projects across the business as and when required
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Senior Managers and the Board
• Identify opportunities and profitable key commercial agreements

Profile

To be considered for the role of Head of FP&A, candidates must be/have:

• Fully qualified (CIMA)
• Experience in leading an FP&A function including team development
• Experience within an FCA environment is highly advantageous
• Highly personable with the ability to engage finance and non-finance

Job Offer

A basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits
