Description

The key responsibilities are:

• Review and submit weekly regional print forecast

• Liaise with commercial team to provide any commentary necessary for weekly forecast

• Produce weekly contributions report and review before sending out

• Update monthly board report financial data

• Prepare KPI's for inclusion in board report

• Prepare monthly executive commentary for other business units

• Prepare monthly accounts and attend monthly meeting to discuss

• Prepare P&L to monitor foreign profitability

• Produce monthly cost report (using info graphics)
• Finance Business Partnering

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

• At least 3 years experience within a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate with non-finance members of staff

• Able to analyse and evaluate large data sets

• Attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including vlookup, sumifs and pivot tables)
