Swedish or Flemish Account Managers

Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Flemish or Swedish Native Level Speakers for a number of Account Management and Technical Support roles in Dublin. Grafton Recruitment works with various clients in and around Dublin and we have a number of positions currently available. Our clients are looking for Flemish or Swedish Native Level Speakers with a background in Customer Service, Account management or Technical Support. They are IT companies who lead in their field of technology and service! The Roles As an Account Associate you will look after one or more business clients in your portfolio and make sure they have everything they need to get the most out of your products! As a Technical Support Agent you will be responsible for managing all customer contacts, providing a range of services, from general queries to order taking, handling complaints and solving problems. In both roles, you will be talking to customers through inbound calls, emails and chat, and work together with the team to reach KPIs.
