You'll be a sales advisor , working the hours that suit you and earning based on your performance. There is no cold-calling and you don't have to do any marketing! We generate 1000s of warm leads through our offline and online marketing spend. Your customers will be in the market and looking to buy. You will: Visit customers at their homes and at their request. Discuss your customer's needs and suggest suitable products from our range. Show and demonstrate product samples. Measure for the product and give your customer a quote. Return to fit the product for your customer. Hillarys may pay towards your vehicle with free branding and a personal telephone number available. You'll have strong communication skills. At every appointment, you'll represent Hillarys and our reputation for quality. You will also have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Some knowledge of DIY, sales or customer service is beneficial. No experience is needed. Before your first day in the field, you will be given full training.
