An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the exclusive Lyrath Estate Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bartender to join our busy team.   The ideal candidate should have at least two year's bar experience within a very high standard bar / 4 or 5 star hotel and be capable of performing in a very challenging role that requires the highest level of attention to detail and customer service.   You should be an ambitious person who wishes to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. The Ideal candidate must be conscientious, flexible and available to work variable shifts including early morning and late evenings.
