We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Projects Compliance Controller to join an expanding team in the Kildare Area. The role will provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to drive senior stakeholders in making informed decisions in the Project's business. You will ensure compliance with project controlling standards and process and help manage risk and opportunities in the projects business to drive margin improvement. Responsibilities: • Review Performance Management for each Project & Project Portfolio in our Projects Department • Conduct timely Projects Review to ensure accuracy of forecasts and update of risks analysis • Review Contract Management to ensure timely invoicing and proper claim and variation order documentation • Ensure adequate levels of internal control and adherence to principles of responsibility •Ensure Project delivers timely cash collection with the initial review of the cash curve at the start of the project and ensure overdues are dealt with by initiating corrective actions • Adapt Group methodology (CPP Process) to Local Context with the use of simple and reliable tools that help streamline existing processes and systems as required to ensure more efficient delivery of value added information - SAP • Challenge the status quo to identify inadequate business processes and recommend & drive efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the department •Drive consistency, standardisation and efficiency amongst common outcomes/objectives across the business • Be an effective team player Qualifications • 3 yrs+ of finance experience. • Strong team working abilities and experience of delivering results. • Analytical and conceptual thinking capability to organize and interpret complex information and challenge business decisions. • Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively, meet deadlines, provide a professional service and follow through on assignments. • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. • Excellent attention to detail is essential. • Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization • Effective interpersonal skills for representing the company and for maintaining excellent working relationships within the organization and with external communities. • Enthusiasm & a genuine interest in customer care & support.
