Assistant Manager - Practice Due to their continued growth of clients and workload, this firm is seeking an experienced accountant to join their practice at assistant manager level. This is practice is local to NI and prides itself on its friendly and relaxed working environment. The exceptional service they provide has resulted in high volumes of referrals and client numbers vastly increasing. The Role The successful Assistant Manager will be involved across the whole spectrum of services this firm provides; Management Accounting, Business Start-ups, Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounts Production, VAT Returns and a full range of Tax Services. As the successful Assistant Manager you will be managing a team of 10 accounts, reporting directly into the partner. The Requirements Ideally you will have at least 2 years PQE (ACA/ACCA) in an accountancy practice. Newly qualified accountants will also be considered. You will experience in managing teams of junior accountants, experience reviewing work of junior members and be confident in speaking to clients and senior management on a full range of issues. Be able to demonstrate experience in providing similar services and hands on experience with the software package IRIS.
