Senior Controllership Accountant with foreign languages (f/m)

Location: Wroclaw

You will be responsible for:

• preparing financial statements and applicable notes in accordance to GAAP;
• current conduct of statutory reviews and reconciliation of accounting processes;
• managing internal databases;
• dealing with current problems when they occur and assistance in fixing problems when they are too complicated;
• supervision over current statutory accounting and booking of adjustments;
• preparation of period reports concerning statutory balance sheet reviews and reconciliation of profit and loss;
• collaborating with country lead, other departments and auditors in order to maintain the best shape of processes;
• ensuring fluency of tax processes.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business or Economics) and accounting certification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) or Master's Degree in Accounting and auditing/controlling;
• fluent command of English and Greek/German/Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch;
• experience on relevant positions (minimum 6 years);
• very good understanding of accounting principles as well as financial analysis;
• strong analytical skills and eye for details;
• wide knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point);
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• strong management skills and ability to work under pressure.
