Job Role: Group Accountant
Location: London Bridge
Job Sector: Finance
Hours: 9-5pm
As a group accountant you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:
* Growing our solid foundation through a blend of acquisitions, new business generation and healthy estate finances
Supporting the business in providing accurate analysis and reporting
This role reports to the Finance Manager.
About You
As Group Accountant you will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience PQ after obtaining an ACCA or ACA qualification and will be working in a similar role, either in practice or industry environment.
You are ready to put your excellent accounting knowledge into practice and to gain more exposure within a thriving business.
You want to use your exceptional attention to detail to streamline reporting processes and to advise and influence all colleagues including stakeholders.
You will enjoy working collaboratively and in a fast paced, dynamic and ever changing environment.

Main Responsibilities
Supporting the Group statutory audit
Helping to prepare Group and subsidiary statutory accounts
Helping to preparation of monthly consolidated management reports
Helping to simplify statutory reporting
Preparation of quarterly VAT return
Supporting the consolidation, analysis and reporting of annual budgets and forecasts
Developing the Weekly and monthly cash flow reporting
KPI reporting
Assist external corporate tax advisers to prepare annual tax submissions and ad hoc planning and compliance matters
Support the Group Finance Manager in ad hoc analysis and reporting to the Finance Director and CFO/CEO
