A new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join our clients firm in Gateshead. Salary will be in the region of £18,500 to £20,500.
Job Description
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing transactions
- Receiving incoming funds
- Making outward electronic payments
- Ensuring the integrity of incoming data
- Approvals and reviewing controls
- Managing various IT systems
Criteria
- Knowledge of solicitors accounts rules - essential
- Experience working within finance for a legal company
We need you to have previous experience of working within the finance department. Legal cashiering experience is ideal but if your experience is similar we are also keen to hear from you. This is a role which requires excellent team working skills, a flexible and helpful attitude, and a meticulous and detailed approach. We're looking for someone with an investigative and inquisitive nature who solves problems and uses common sense to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
