Our client is one of the finest gastro pubs in Dublin and are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Manager with a desire to provide excellent customer service, a real foodie and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities of this Gastro Bar Manager Ensuring smooth service of the Food and Beverages Coordination and rostering the staff team Ability to maintain a constant GP Motivation and ongoing development of our dedicated team including staff training, team meetings, appraisals Liaising with customers and our sales team to ensure the smooth running of all in house events Providing management assistance to the Head Chef as required Upselling of amenities Ordering and costing of food and beverage items on menu Designing cocktails, beer and food menus Requirements of this Gastro Bar Manager A minimum of 4 years Management in a restaurant or high end gastro bar Fluent English and physically fit Bar or restaurant [preferably both] management experience essential Structured and methodical Ability to deal with pressure in a busy operation Ability to work within budgets If you would like to apply for this Gastro Bar Manager Job in Dublin please attach a CV and we will contact you accordingly.
