Internal Audit Specialist

Internal Audit Specialist( Job Number180002LA) Description This is a head office based G-6 level position that will be reporting to Market Internal Audit Manager. The person will be mainly responsible for the following activities Plan, organize and sometimes Lead audits to completion in a timely manner Assist in improving the effectiveness of internal controls, reliability and integrity of financial & operational information, ensuring compliance to Nestl policies, instructions & guidelines, as well as local laws, and efficient use of company resources & assets. Perform risk based audit planning, review different sources of information. Proper stakeholder management (including local management and Audit management). i.e. involvement during both planning and fieldwork to consider concerns on timing and audit scope, Clear and concise information on audit gaps and seeking commitment from local management on action plans to address the improvement areas. Ensure all audit work is documented in an organized, accurate and concise manner, clearly supporting the conclusions reached in the audits through creation of internal audit reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations identified through the course of audit testing. Qualification & Knowledge The applicant should be CA Finalist/ ACCA Qualified, additionally a completed CIA shall be preferred. Three years of internal or external audit experience (including article ship experience) from a Reputable External Audit Firm or Internal Audit department of a Company.
