Credit Controller

The role for a credit controller, provides an opportunity for progression within a well established company in the FMCG industry. The company are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible on a full time basis with experience of credit control roles.

Description

The credit controller will be responsible for:

• Managing a high volume of transactions such as credit notes, invoices and queries
• Ensuring payments are made promptly
• Communication with clients and internally
• Credit management
• Administration and reconciliation
• Reconcile payment receipts from credit card providers
• Invoice/credit note print run and mail out including monthly customer statements

Profile

The successful credit controller will have:

• 1 year credit control experience
• Grade C or above at GCSE level maths
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Persistence with problems and tight deadlines
• Time management skills
• Experience of major retailers
• Competent with IT systems such as Excel (V Lookups and Pivot Tables)
