REGIONAL MANAGER - GREATER CHINA
VAT IT is now looking to recruit an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional to join our growing team. The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the growth and development of our branches in Shanghai and Beijing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and development of the two branches in Shanghai and Beijing
- Managing and expanding existing client relationships
- Assisting the Branch Managers with their strategy
- Involvement in business development including new pitches to clients
- Generating partnerships with professional services organisations
- Managing staff including involvement in hiring new team members
The Person:
- Educated to MBA level or equivalent
- Previous business development experience
- Previous experience with strategy and driving a business forward
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
