A leading bank in Kuwait is searching for a candidate with 10-12 years of related experience within sales in banking to act as Head of Sales & Distribution in the retail banking team. This individual would need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and driven to lead a team in order to maximise retail sales & services by increasing retail banking volume, revenue & profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Head of Consumer Banking Group in the development and implementation of the bank's sales and service strategy.
Ensure that the Consumer Banking Group, Sales & Service Channels processes within the bank are operating effectively and efficiently toward achieving high operating standards.
Lead the team responsible to ensure all are delivering services to agreed service standards.
Qualifications:
Masters or MBA degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Banking 7 Finance and/or Sales & Marketing.
10-12 years of related experience, minimum 3-6 years in similar position.
