Our Role-

We are looking to recruit for an ambitious CF Director / Salaried partner ASAP. We have worked really hard over the last 3 years to build our reputation in the North West Corporate Finance arena and have some good pipeline.

Ideally we are looking for someone with SME Corporate Finance - Transaction Services experience – perhaps a senior manager frustrated with the lack of progression in a current role or similarly a Director who can’t get the next move to Partner. We typically look to promote quickly for good people therefore would see this as a 2-3 year journey to equity partnership for the right candidate.

Director level we are looking at £70-80k and for Partner probably circa £100k packages.

What we need-

-A candidate who has come from an SME Market who has the experience to be all rounded person and comes with this experience.

-We are looking for candidates who have worked within corporate finance before and dealt with transactions between £1million- £20million.

Remuneration and benefits:

·Salary in line with current market rates

·Standard hours of work are from 9:00am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch (37.5hrs/wk)

Salary flexibility- £70,000-£80,000-for partner around £100k.
