A PMO Analyst with an understanding of financial reporting and project accounting is required for an exciting role with a leading company in Central London; a highly successful organisation with a small closeknit team of likeminded individuals. As the successful candidate for this PMO role, youll be able to demonstrate experience excelling within a PMO environment. Youll come from a reporting or Analyst background and will now be using your excellent auditing skills to define deliverables, timescale calculation and validation of commercials.

Key Skills

Proven PMO experience in a Coordinator or Analyst position
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.)
Attention to detail
Project Management software experience
Possess the ability to act with confidence, taking the initiative and generating work under your own direction
Strive for excellence
Promoting your own ideas to others

Job Role

Working with managers to produce statements of work documentation through defining and calculating timescales, work package deliverables and commercials
Producing and designing a range of management information reports
Ensuring Professional Services Automation Software and PMO Software is up to date
Being the goto person for all PMO queries
Conducting audits on a regular basis for file storage and software to ensure information is efficiently structured and up to date
