Job responsibilities
• Monitor the implementation & maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Ensure revenues are accurately & timely posted, and do necessary reconciliation on revenue accounts such as operating revenue, discounts, and other related fees before booking revenue entries.
• Coordinates with Accounts Receivable staff in ensuring the collection and related to the revenue accounts and receivables.
• Coordinate and assist annual external audit requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and other necessary reports as required by Management.
• Prepare and Maintain updated Schedules for providing to Auditors and Management as required
• Oversee the accuracy of bank reconciliation and control accounts
