The Accounts Payable group is crucial to the success and growth of Bright Horizons. As an Accounts Payable Specialist with Bright Horizons, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and ensure company–wide compliance of financial controls.

What you will be doing:
  • Process invoices for payment into our PeopleSoft system utilizing our scanning software, Image Now.
  • Ensure that all payment requests comply with company policies and procedures and meet our internal control requirements.
  • Partner with our centers and approvers on unpaid invoices and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Troubleshoot and process invoices in our OCR error queue.
  • Use Excel skills to upload invoices into our PeopleSoft system.
  • Proactively communicate with management on status of the invoice processing queues, and make recommendations to maximize and streamline processing.
  • Validate and process parent refunds for payment.
