Essential Functions/ Activities:
• Partner with business and technology to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
• Analyze; document processes, data and systems design; and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
• Use iterative design and development techniques to communicate and document design (prototyping, modeling techniques such as unified modeling language, Agile User stories etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in writing business rules, user stories and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of basic system engineering, object–oriented design, and architecture standards
• Experience with Agile or Lean is a plus

Technical/Functional Skills Required:
• Excellent Visio and MS Office skills
• Experience with traditional project/program management practices such as scope management, change management, risk management, escalation, etc.
• Experience with change management and creating user guides.
• Good SQL Skills
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative, Lean)
• Excellent written and verbal communications
