Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is hiring for an Assistant Accountant; to support the Billings & Regulatory Reporting team which performs activities that are at the core of the clients operations. The role will ensure servicing fee income and other rechargeable items are billed to clients and maintain the Accounting Ledgers and assist the Senior Accountant in other ad hoc monthly management accounts tasks, as well as providing support with month end reporting.


Raising sales invoices and recharge invoices including intercompany invoices on the sales ledger, ensuring all the invoices are generated and submitted timely including clearing any backlog.
Processing Accounts Receivable cash receipts on the sales ledger
Cash Book journal posting in relation to Accounts Receivable
Reconcile bank accounts on Accounts Receivable entries
Accurately and timely maintain the Sales Invoices Tracker
Produce and review a weekly debt report, with effort to clear down the debtors
Updating a list of all current clients details including remittance details and other relevant information.
Month end and Financial Reporting Tasks
Reconcile Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis
Reconcile Revenue accruals accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare premonth end revenue files by downloading all sales transactions for the group, and analyse the billed amount and the unbilled amounts in order to calculate revenue accruals.


2+ years experience within an Accounts Assistant/ Finance Assistant role
Strong Sales ledger/ Accounts receivable experiences
Solid understanding of accruals and prepayments.
ACCA/CIMA studier preferred
Excellent Communication

This is fulltime position, working Monday to Friday on a 6Month contract.
