Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: West London
Salary: GBP19,000 GBP23,000 dependent on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

As a result of their continued growth, they are now recruiting for a proactive Accounts Assistant to be based in their West London offices. Career development opportunities and training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
All ad hoc and administrative tasks within accounts office
Monthly reconciliations, includes Bank and Nominal Ledger Reconciliations
Purchase Ledger: processing supplier invoices and payments
Sales Ledger: Daily sales and customer invoicing
Procurement
Assisting other team members as and when required
Progression of Responsibilities:
Maintain internal control procedures
Assist in preparation of management accounts, month end and year end accounts
Accounts receivable and managing cash flow
Internal/external commission calculations, checks and queries
Daily and monthly preparation and processing of sales ledger into Quickbooks
Processing monthly payroll
Assisting in quarterly sales bonuses calculation
Ideal Candidate:
Accurate and have a keen eye for detail
Professional phone manner
Aptitude for figures and analysis
Steady under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines is a must
Competencies Required:
Experience in a similar field beneficial
Strong mathematical background
Strong computer skills, advanced level of MS Excel essential
Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheets
Knowledge of QuickBooks package advantageous
