I am currently recruiting for a market leading client who have won numerous customer service awards.

You will be part of a brilliant team who lead the day to day operations of a busy finance team.

Key responsibilities –

*Processing customer receipts and supplier payments – incoming and outgoing bank payments, cheques and credit cards
*Ensuring remittances are allocated appropriately
*Handling and resolving email queries
*Handling and resolving queries via telephone
*Entering supplier invoices onto the system
*Keeping customer and supplier accounts up–to–date
*Processing DD Files and DD administration
*Processing of expenses
*Support for further day–to–day tasks within the finance team

Ideally you should have experience of –

*Experience of a finance system
*Proficient Microsoft Office user – particularly excel
*Effective communicator
*Approachable
*Good attention to detail
*Able to work to deadlines
*Work well as part of a team
*Uses initiative to improve current processes
