Who we are looking for?
We are in search of a Payroll Officer who is able to administer a range of procedures including those relating to new starters, TUPE transfers (in and out), pay, absence, redundancy retirement and pensions.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure Nacro's payroll is administered and processed effectively, in a timely manner and to specified standards and timelines, e.g. for the monthly payrolls.
Process salary and wage increases, calculate back pay and over payments and under payments.
Ensure all calculations of Statutory and Occupational absence are accurately processed on the system.
Work with HR colleagues to ensure all sickness absence, maternity, paternity, adoption leave and redundancy payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
