Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join an award winning Large Business based in Central Birmingham.

The Role
As the Group Financial Controller you will hold a key strategic role in the Business while being a the go to person for financial accounting and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

– Manage the large Finance team in the Business
– Implement controls and processes
– Work with key non Finance internal stakeholders to ensure all operations run smoothly
– Consistent project planning
– Long term and short term budgeting

Person specification
The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed with ambition to help the business grow in the future. Requirements include;

– Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
– Experience of driving Business through change
– Excellent communication skills and people management skills
– Excellent IT skills with Advanced excel knowledge
– Comfortable as a key internal and external Business Partner

What is on offer?
Up to GBP90,000 + excellent overall package
