Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst to join our Business Quality Assurance Team based in Beckenham.

You will be an integral part of the team who are responsible for the resolution of complaints and fraud investigations using varying mediums of correspondence, working closely with other business areas to deliver and maintain a high quality, accurate and outstanding level of customer service to the business, clients and their shareholders at all times.

What being an Analyst involves:

  • Complete Quality Assurance checks and provide detailed analysis; highlighting areas for improvements

  • Complete Quality Assurance sampling

  • Produce KPI for LMSTL & LMSL

  • Complete ad-hoc projects

  • Oversee the collation, despatch and analysis of shareholder satisfaction survey

  • Oversee control & completion of Satisfaction Survey, incident report maintenance and key word restriction

  • Provide quality analysis of reports for LMSTL & LMSL

  • Completion of monthly Dashboards for LMSTL & LMSL

  • Completion of monthly Incident Report analysis to produce reports on Open and Closed Incident Reports

  • Comply with LMSL’s Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) policy at all times

  • Work well within a team, ensuring there is a collective work approach to increase flexibility in our skills and abilities

  • Assist the Business Quality Assurance team with the completion of complaints within timescales and set standards

Qualifications

Skills and Qualties you will need:

  • GCSE Maths grade C minimum or equivalent
  • GCSE English grade C minimum or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • FCA, MiFID II and DPA experience and awareness (desirable)
  • Experience within the stocks and shares industry either within a brokerage or registrar environment (desirable)
