Compliance Monitor

I am looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join the compliance department with a focus on secured lending. This role will consist of auditing recorded calls, providing training, advice, feedback and reporting. You will be responsible for listening to and auditing a variety of internal sales calls and applying a framework of objective criteria to make appropriate assessments. You will also be responsible for identifying any risks within the business and working within a regulatory framework.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in call monitoring, with experience in the finance/secured lending industry.

Role Requirements
Minimum of 6 GCSE's at Grade C or above
Previous experience in secured finance
Experience of contribution to a TCF culture
Sound knowledge of FCA principle based regulation and its application
Experience of working successfully in a team
CeMap Qualified
Previous Call monitoring experience.
