International Sales Development Representative - Central Southampton

Purpose of the job:

· To own and deliver agreed International lead generation targets
· Working closely alongside International sales consultants
· To assist in the development and growth of the International sales proposition
· To work within the requirements of group, compliance strategy and treating clients fairly
What we expect you to do:

· Manage own workload to levels required to achieve set International targets
· Over achieve on every KPI set
· Market Research all leads to develop to warm status
· Maintain a daily account book of 800 records at all times
· Generate new prospects for own account book daily
· Be recognised as a centre of excellence within the wider team
· Drive International target achievement through communications with Head of International and Sales Team
· Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers through email and phone usage
· Develop a trusted account manager relationship with key accounts and potential customers on multiple levels with multiple contacts
· Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your potential customers
· Actively support the CRM system with data flow
· Achieve personal and company International targets through supplied leads and self generation where required
· Actively promote all company services and ensure all obtained details are recorded fully on the CRM system
· Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure growth attainment
· Ensure all internal and external quality and compliance regulations are adhered to at all times.
· Support management through daily and adhoc work requests
· Work of multiple campaigns/projects as and when requested
· Maintain and grow International industry knowledge through training and self study.
· Forecast and track key account metrics

Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc.
Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate the skill for achieving genuine sales development.

· Delivery of work within agreed SLAs
· Daily / Weekly / Monthly tasks completed within agreed timescales

· Meetings being sat and not being cancelled
· Building a continuous pipeline to fall back on if not successful at initial stage
· Updating team with any noticeable trends in customer requirements
· Cross selling other International products
· Treating Customers Fairly
