You will have the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and take ownership of issues to work to resolve them, working closely with the key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Compliance/Legal), gaining an understanding of their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
The team is fast paced and you will need to be also. You will need to be able to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise workloads.
About the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Role
The role will mainly support Product with reporting and insight into customer behaviour and product performance. However, there will be a significant share of work from Marketing, Finance and the rest of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide reporting and insight to Product (50%), Marketing (25%, mostly CRM), Finance and the rest of the business.
• Using SQL and Tableau/Power BI/Excel to extract and manipulate data into insights. R or Python are a plus.
• Measure and find better ways to measure performance of existing and future product projects.
• Assist deployment of marketing activities to ensure ability to test and learn, and enable measurement of performance against objectives
• Support and develop Management Information (MI) reports and where required, KPIs for the department, Group, Division and supporting structure.
• Act as a subject matter expert of our data, and a business partner to other stakeholder teams.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly processes and ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.
