A major financial services client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join a large regulatory programme based in Crawley.
They are looking for a strong PMO to join a growing function and assist in the tracking, monitoring, reporting and administration of a number of work streams.
Main duties include:
* RAID Controls: Identification and management of Risk, Issues, Actions and Decisions
* Governance: Organising project meetings, preparing agendas, collating working group / steerco packs
* Stakeholder Management: Management of multiple stakeholders, providing meaningful stakeholder communication
* Standards: Assist the PMO manager to provide oversight to ensure project work streams are in compliance with established standards.
* Repository: Maintain the repository for status reports, work plans, proposals, change requests, etc.
* Planning: Development and maintenance of coherent project plans to enable tracking of delivery milestones
* Reporting: Ensuring period project status reports are provided in-line with the reporting process.
* Internal communications: Support the PMO manager in working to ensure effective cross-project and internal communications
Candidates must have:
* A strong and recent PMO background
* Experience working across large programmes for major blue chip companies
* Ideally a financial services background would be a major advantage
