A new opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Manager with a leading consultancy firm based in the city of London.
Client Details
My client is a leading consultancy firm with operations across a range of sectors including insurance, real estate, and TMT. Headquartered out of London they have operations across the globe with a strong presence in Asia and EMEA. Given the project nature of the work they undertake they offer a fast paced and dynamic environment. As a result, they're looking for an FP&A Manager who can provide insight and analysis to the business.
Description
As the FP&A Manager you will be tasked with analysis and reporting on key metrics across the organisation and leading on business partnering activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the FP&A team (3 members) to provide monthly analysis;
- Collating and manipulating data to provide insight, support analysis, and aid decision making;
- Developing a clear business partnering strategy to engage with non-financial stakeholders;
- Creating strategies to drive change, improve analysis, and implement more efficient working practices;
- Working with business heads to assess and implement pricing strategies;
- Support the wider finance team with planning cycles and re-forecasting when necessary.
Profile
As a strong applicant for this FP&A Manager position you will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a strong academic background;
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set support by strong excel/modelling skills to work with data;
- Show a good understanding of planning cycles and budgeting/forecasting processes;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation, especially with non-financial stakeholders;
- Be comfortable working autonomously and finding creative solutions to problems.
Job Offer
The offer to the successful candidate will be between £55,000-£65,000 + benefits.
