Retail Banking Advisor, Dublin 12 - 6 month contract

Retail Customer Service Advisor | Banking | Fixed-term Contract | Dublin 12 The Client: With headquarters in Dublin, our client is a leading financial services provider with a well established retail network. They are currently recruiting for their branch customer service teams. We currently have a position in Dublin 12. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a recognised organisation within the financial services industry. The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to support key functions within the branch. Key duties will include: To provide an excellent level of serviced to customers Assist customers to process transactions, both electronically and face-to-face Provide customers with information on products and services General administration duties To develop an understanding and practical knowledge of all areas of retail banking Hours of work : 37 hours per week Length of contract: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Requirements: A minimum of 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate including Maths and English (Ordinary Level subjects at a minimum, Foundation level Maths and English will not be accepted) Third level education a distinct advantage At least 1-2 years customer service/retail experience with cash handling - previous experience in a banking environment a distinct advantage Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Good computer and writing skills with proficiency in MS Office In Return: Competitive salary, within the region of €12/€24k per annum depending on experience Educational assistance Experience with a recognised organisation in the financial services sector Why use Grafton?
