Your new company
Our client is a software company based in the CBD of Adelaide. They provide a range of products to workplaces across Australia and internationally, to improve safety and compliance. They are now seeking a Client Services Officer, with a background in IT, to join their growing team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Clients Services Team Leader, you will be joining an existing team of 5 people taking Inbound calls and email enquires

This position is the perfect entry level role within this growing organisation. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and contractors aswell as adhoc administrative duties that are varied. Examples are completing project based data entry tasks aswell as designing and creating client related courses. You will provide general support to the project Co-ordinating team and share the load between the Client Service Team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic customer service candidate with:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven background within the IT industry
• Demonstrated ability providing exceptional customer service
