Position Title: Finance Manager

He must have previous experience in UAE
UAE experience of 5 years is a must
Banking experience specially in fund & facility management along with handling bankers and developing relations with them
Management experience of 5 years at least with a team under him
Fluent in Hindi & English
Import & Export Company work experience
Degree of CA, ACA or any other would be a benefit

Minimum Qualifications:
University degree (ideally in B.Com or M.com)
Preferably an MBA from a reputable institution
Chartered Accountant added advantage
ACCA / Accounting Certifications added advantage

Minimum Experience:

10 - 12 years experience in Finance & Accounts
Minimum 5 years in a Managerial role.
Managed bank facilities like TR, OD, LC, etc.

Job Specific Skills:

Microsoft Office; Excel/ Word Skills
Tally Software Experience
Languages: English and Hindi
Team management
Quality correspondence through email, phone, etc.

Preparing MIS reports
Preparing Adhoc Reports for Management
RESPONSIBILITIES--
Management
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Manage outsourced functions
Developing Finance and Accounting Systems
Manage and lead the entire accounts and finance department

Fund Management
Banking Facility Management
LC and TR Settlements
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Maintain banking relationships
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
Arrange for equity and debt financing
Invest funds

Compliance / Audit
Review of all daily transactions
Managing and strategizing Yearly Audits
Credit Insurance Management
VAT Implementation and Compliance

Accounting
Managing group accounting
Review and approval of Vendor Payments
Tracking and Management of Accounts Receivables
Management of Treasurer/ Cashier activities

Reporting/ Filling
Supervising and coordinating MIS
Preparation of Management MIS
Preparation of Finance and Accounting Reports
Ensuring proper documentation and filing systems
